No water-resistance rating is stated for these glasses, so please keep them dry. The warranty doesn't cover water damage.

No. The glasses work like a wireless Bluetooth headset. To translate, open a translation app on your phone and you'll hear it through the glasses' speakers. The languages available and the quality of the translation depend on the app you use.

That depends on the translation app you use, and on things like accents, background noise and your internet connection. The glasses play the audio; the app does the translating.

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return. Return shipping is for your own account, unless the item is faulty. Refunds are paid to your original payment method. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including your right to return goods that are defective.

LinguaLens glasses come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover physical or water damage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
